  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Prepare flax eggs by mixing water into the flax seeds on a small bowl. This needs to rest at least 10 minutes to get thick and gloopy.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients in a bigger bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Put all wet ingredients in another bowl. Warm up in a microwave for 30 seconds if using solid coconut oil so you can whisk it all together.
  5. Add flax eggs and wet ingredients to dry. Mix until well combined. Allow to cool before adding in chocolate chips and distribute evenly.
  6. Measure 2 tablespoons of dough balls and press onto baking sheet to your desired thickness.
  7. Bake for 10 – 15 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.
